Fuel Your Cycling Addiction - Come Ride With Us!

Do you need a challenge? Check out our Saturday morning Group Ride, we've custom designed a 90KM ride that leaves our shop and winds its way through the countryside towards Walkers Line in Burlington, the group then turns around and finishes up back at InVita Sport.


The 50KM ride is a little shorter than the 90Km ride as it turns around at 6th line in Oakville and then heads back to the shop.


Whether you're a cycling enthusiast or an accomplished cyclist you'll find one of our group rides will test your endurance, hone your cycling skills and play an intregal part in helping you meet or exceed your fitness goals. Join us!


Note: All sessions run for two hours from 9AM to 11AM and require proper cycling attire, a certified cycling helmet, water for proper hydration and your bike.


Here's how it works:

  1. Purchase the InVita Sport Club Membership - $50.00 (includes mandatory OCA insurance premium).
  2. Download and complete the following forms:


  3. Deliver or mail the completed form to InVita Sport before your first Group Ride.

Membership Bonus: All clubs members recieve a 20% discount on most parts & accessories at the shop.


Note: Sessions may be resceduled due to weather conditions and instructor availability.

Ride Rules:

  • Cyclists must obey all road rules and stop for traffic lights and stop signs.
  • Wear CSA approved cycling helmets.
  • Be self-sufficient with tube repairs and pumps/inflation devices, etc.
  • Stay well hydrated by bringing two large water bottles (recommended).
  • Be considerate and share the road with other cyclists and Group Members.
  • Be safety conscience and aware of the environment at all times.
